			About Us    Betty’s Maid Service, our highest priority is in providing a form of courtesy that you won’t find in any other service industry. In fact, you’ll be hard pressed to find an attitude as positive as ours even within the maid industry itself! Why is this true? This is true because we believe in emphasizing old-fashioned principles within a modern community, and this philosophy is precisely what gives us the edge over our competitors. So what exactly is courtesy, and how do we incorporate it in our service to you? First of all, each of our maids is taught to be both helpful and flexible whenever they’re dealing with your specific requests. If there’s a cleaning task that you feel should be emphasized above all others, feel free to bring it up at any time during one of their visits. We are here to service your home, apartment, condo, small office or shop with “The best in housekeeping for the best price” and we can be there, either ONE TIME, OCCASIONALLY, WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY OR MONTHLY. Our Cleaning crews are available to start services, Monday thru Saturday from 7.30 am until approximately 4 pm. (During summer hours, longer schedules are available) All transportation, cleaning supplies or materials and cleaning equipment are supplied and brought to your home, by our crews. (When ever possible biodegradable products are used).  We also offer “same maids” or workers, free “window washing”, dust control “rotation” and “flat rates” to our clients with a recurrent weekly, bi-weekly or every fourth week “Basic Service” request, these provides you and our crews, with stability, responsibility and quality control, plus it also guarantees and rewards YOU, our loyal clientele with a low cost, comprehensive service for a full year or more.  Any other service as is, carpet steam cleaning, extra window care, after party cleaning, or any other special request, etc; can be provided and is available for a reasonable additional cost “on the same day of your regular scheduled basic service”, this minimizes not only scheduling conflicts for our clients and crews, lowers our transportation cost but mostly it help us keep, your regular service cost down!   So please remember your service can be Customized, Basic, A la`Carte, Spring or Major, Vacancy or Eviction Condition. Window washing and Carpet steaming is available separately or with any of our “Ready to Go” packages.  Call with any other service needed, if we can‘t help you, we will help you find someone who can! Major Credit cards, Personal or Company Checks and US currency are welcome.    For all reservations and service appointments a major credit card will be requested at time of scheduling. Cancellation or re-scheduling fees will be applied if ‘changes or cancellations are received with in less than 48 business hours. Cancellations of appointments taken under this time frame will have a pro-rated grace period.  Please DO NOT be discouraged by our “Cancellation Policy”, we won’t deny that “It’s tough” but that is because we also provide you and your home with “the best quality of work and laborers”.
